Cops: Man charged after voter fraud probe
TROY, N.Y. » City police said an arrest has been made in a voter fraud case that was initiated in early July.
Anthony J. Isopo, 46, of 310 Roosevelt Ave., Troy, was charged with three counts of second- degree falsifying business records and five counts of seconddegree possession of a forged instrument.
An investigation by the Troy Police Department Detective Bureau resulted in the arrest of Anthony J. Isopo , 46 of 310 Roosevelt Ave. Troy, NY.
The investigation surrounded forged signatures on petitions that were filed with the Rensselaer County Board of Elections, police said.
Isopo was arraigned in City Court on Thursday morning and released.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
