Assault: Eusebio M. Turbides, 33, of Troy was arrested at 6:20 a.m. Oct. 27 and charged with third- degree assault and fourthdegree criminal mischief.

Assault: Dakota T. Cross, 19, of Rensselaer was arrested at 6:56 p.m. Oct. 27 and charged with third- degree assault, second- degree strangulation and first- degree criminal contempt.
