Troy man pleads guilty to attempted burglary
ALBANY, N.Y. >> Albany County District Attorney David Soares announced Andy Sousie, 31, of Troy, pleaded guilty to one count of second- degree attempted burglary, a Class D violent felony, before the Honorable William A. Carter in Albany County Court.
On Aug. 5, 2018, Sousie, unlawfully entered a residence on Remsen Street in Cohoes in an attempt to commit second- degree robbery.
Sousie is expected to be sentenced on Jan. 10, 2019 and faces up to five years in state prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision.
Assistant District Attorney David Szalda is handling the prosecution of the case.
