Scott, 48, of Watervliet, was arrested at 10:33a.m., Nov. 30and charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Warrant: Tiffany M. Williams, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 10:54a.m., Nov. 30on an outstanding warrant.
Criminal obstruction: Steven A. Ramirez, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 11:12a.m., Nov. 30and charged with criminal obstruction breathing, seconddegree harassment and on an outstanding warrant. Obstruction: Eric R. Dunbar, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 12:22p.m., Nov. 30and charged with two counts of second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Unlicensed driving: Thomas E. Gordon, 41, of Watervliet, was arrested at 4:50p.m., Nov. 30and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one traffic violation.

Andrews, 23, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 10:50p.m., Nov. 29in the Town of Sand Lake and charged with second-degree strangulation, assault, second-degree menacing with a weapon, criminal obstruction, endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and resisting arrest.

rested at 1:30p.m., Nov. 30 in the Town of Colonie and charged with petit larceny. False report: Wayne F. Tefoe, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 4:42p.m., Nov. 30 in the Town of Brunswick and charged with thirddegree false report of an incident and a false written statement.
Drug possession: Jonathan R. Robichaud, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 6:31 p.m., Nov. 30in the Town of Brunswick and charged with seventh-degree criminal
possession of a controlled substance, circumventing an interlock device, unlawful possession of marijuana and two traffic violations.
Drug possession: David M. Sinsabaugh, 30, of Hoosick, was arrested at 8:56 p.m., Dec. 1in the Town of Hoosick and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one traffic violation.
Drunken driving: John A. Goca, 30, of Averill Park, was arrested at 9:18p.m., Dec. 1in the Town of Brunswick and was charged with DWI with a previous conviction in 10years, operating a motor vehicle BAC .08 of 1%, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Criminal mischief: Shawntay T. Wellsey, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 2:40 p.m., Dec. 2and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
