Drug possession: Brittany N. Miller, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 2:00a.m., Jan. 4and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Unlicensed driving: Matthew Hallenbeck, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 2:02a.m., Jan. 4 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Warrant: Olajuwon M. Sutherland, 23, of Scotia, was arrested at 2:06a.m., Jan. 4on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Courtney L. Ruede, 41, of Albany, was arrested at 4:48a.m., Jan. 4and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended motor vehicle and one traffic

Hankins, 19, of Guilderland, was arrested at 9:00 a.m., Jan. 4and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seconddegree assault, leaving the scene of an accident and one traffic infraction. Criminal possession of a weapon: Savieon J. Jones, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 9:44a.m., Jan. 4and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a firearm. Robbery: John D. Murdaugh, 17, of Troy, was arrested at 9:49a.m., Jan. 4and charged with two counts of second-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping, second-degree assault, fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny. Assault: Alex V. Petrov, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 11:59a.m., Jan. 4and charged with third-degree assault.

Jannicelli, 61, of Troy, was arrested at 1:31p.m., Jan. 5in the City of Albany and charged with, DWI with a previous conviction within the past 10years, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and four traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Darin Masse, 26, of Nassau, was arrested at 4:35p.m., Jan. 5 in the Town of Nassau and charged with DWI and aggravated DWI.

Merritt, 41, of Troy, was arrested at 4:32a.m., Jan. 6in the City of Troy and charged with, DWI, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Assault: Michael J. Lohnes, 35, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 1:30p.m., Jan. 6and charged with thirddegree assault and seconddegree harassment. Drunken driving: Charles S. Megyesi, 63, of Castleton, was arrested at 9:14p.m., Jan. 6in the Town of Schodack and charged with DWI and aggravated DWI. Drunken driving: Seth W. Sharpe, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 11:13p.m., Jan. 6in the Town of Brunswick and charged with, DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and one traffic infraction. Drunken driving: Stephanie A. Welch, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 1:30a.m., Jan. 7in the Town of Brunswick and charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08of 1% with two priors.
