Unlicensed driving: Clemens N. MacKay, 39, of Cobleskill, was arrested at 12:01 p.m., Feb. 16 in the Town of Pittstown and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Criminal possession of stolen property: Penny S. Bingham, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 5:43 p.m., Feb. 16 in the Town of North Greenbush and charged with third- degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Petit larceny: Edward G. Millard, 52, of Troy, was arrested at 6:40 p.m., Feb. 16 in the Town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.
Assault: Shawn M. Latham, 23, of East Nassau, was arrested at 1:17 p.m., Feb. 17 in the Town of Nassau and charged with thirddegree assault.
Forcible touching: Wesley R. Geerholt, 69, of Poestenkill, was arrested at 8:24 p. m., Feb. 17 in the Town of Sand Lake and charged with forcible touching.
Fugitive from justice: Derris J. Green, 28, of Atlanta, Ga., was arrested at 8:00 a.m., Feb. 19 in the City of Watervliet and charged with fugitive from justice, out of state.
Criminal possession of marijuana: Raine F. Bombard, 19, of Castleton, was arrested at 9:44 p.m., Feb. 19 in the Town of Schodack and charged with fifth- degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Criminal possession of a controlled substance: Logan T. Brodowski, 19, of Castleton, was arrested at 9:44 p.m., Feb. 19 in the Town of Schodack and charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and two traffic infractions.
Operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs: Zamuel J. Ryan, 19, of Averill Park, was arrested at 2:10 p.m., Feb. 20 in the City of Troy and charged with firstdegree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, and three traffic infractions.
Unlicensed driving: Christopher A. Francis, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 2:39 p.m., Feb. 20 in the Town of Stephentown and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and two traffic infractions.
