Drunken driving: George W. Bedford, 34, of Petersburg, was arrested at 8:42 p.m., Mar. 11in the Town of Poestenkill and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC .08 of 1%, and three traffic infractions.

Drunken driving: Ryan M. Bedford, 40, of Cropseyville, was arrested at 10:44p.m., Mar. 11in the Town of Hoosick and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC .08of 1%, and one traffic infraction.

Frank F. Goettinger, 42, of East Greenbush, was arrested at 5:45p.m., Mar.

12in the Town of East Greenbush and charged with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drug possession: Jara G. Flaherty, 35, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 10:04p.m., Mar. 12in the Town of Schaghticoke and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and two traffic infractions.

Grand larceny: Rachell Guilboard, 22, of Cohoes, was arrested at 4:16p.m., Mar. 13in the Town of Schodack and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree identity theft.

Criminal mischief: James J. Slattery, 39, of Berlin, was arrested at 6:15p.m., Mar. 13and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property.
