Possession of marijuana: Cerone R. Smalls, 37, Troy, was arrested at 10:07 p.m., Mar. 15 and charged with fourth- degree possession of marijuana.

Criminal contempt: Darren W. Sylvester, 53, of Albany, was arrested at 11:47 p.m., Mar. 15 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and on an outstanding warrant.
