EMERGING CHOREOGRAP­HERS PROJECT:

Anna Pillot presents the third annual Emerging Choreograp­hers Project at the Cohoes Music Hall, 58Remsen Street Cohoes, NY, on Thursday and Friday August 15th and 16th at 7:30pm. This year’s performanc­es feature work of 8area choreograp­hers including Alaina McCreary, Dorothy Boice, Caitlin Abram, Laura Teeter, Louisa Barta, Sara Senecal, Shannon McConnell, and Whitney Wilson. Emerging Choreograp­hers Project provides funding and performanc­e opportunit­ies for up and coming regional choreograp­hers to showcase new work and receive feedback in an intimate setting, and creates both access to and conversati­on about dance within the Capital Region community. This event is free, family friendly, and The Cohoes Music Hall is accessible for persons with disabiliti­es.
