DWI: David Madsen, 36, of Poestenkill, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 3 in Nassau for driving while intoxicated and three vehicle and traffic violations.

Aggravated DWI: Amanda Weiss, 34, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on Sept. 3 in Sand Lake for aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, first- degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, endangering the welfare of a child, operating a motor vehicle while registrations or privilege is suspended, and two vehicle and traffic violations.

Petit Larceny: Rolf Fleischmann, 51, of Troy, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. on Sept. 3 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

Resisting Arrest: Karisma Smith, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 2 in Troy for resisting arrest and seconddegree reckless endangerment.

DWI: Stacey Riley, 39, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on Sept. 3 in Schaghticoke for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and one vehicle and traffic violation.

Criminal Sale: Ronald Gowins, 34, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Sept.

4 in Colonie for two counts of third- degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Criminal Possession: Joseph Servidone, 48, of Castleton- onHudson, was arrested at 4:12 p.m. on Sept. 6 in Schodack for seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, false personation, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and two vehicle and traffic violations.

DWI: Christopher Barry, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. on Sept. 7 in Troy for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and one vehicle and traffic violation.

Petit Larceny: Niaquest Poag, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on Sept. 7 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

DWI: Casimir Harshbarger, 20, of Greenwich, CT, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on Sept. 8 in Troy for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and one vehicle and traffic violation.

Robbery: Troy Carroll, 25, of Brunswick, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 8 in Brunswick for third- degree robbery, firstdegree criminal contempt, assault 3, criminal mischief 4, petit larceny, resisting arrest, and choking.

DWI: Michael Yudin, 35, of Albany, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on Sept. 9 in North Greenbush for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and two vehicle and traffic violations.

Arson: Evan McCart, 20, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on Sept. 9 in Brunswick for arson 5, making graffiti, and 3 counts of criminal mischief.
