Downtown BID hosting its annual fall ‘For Rent Event’

TROY, N.Y. » The Downtown Troy Business Improvement District is once again offering its annual Fall “For Rent Event” on Tuesday, Oct. 22, from 9 to 11 a.m.

The event is free and welcomes business owners and individuals seeking available commercial and residential spaces to attend.

The walking tour will end at River Street Market, providing an opportunity to grab lunch and network at their Cluett Room following the program. The second portion at the food hall is open to the public.

This annual event will showcase available commercial properties located within the Downtown Troy BID district with an open house and guided tour between 9-11 a.m.

The tour will depart at 9 a.m. from the Downtown Troy BID office, located at 251 River Street.

Available properties are either for lease or sale, and include office, retail, medical, restaurant uses, as well as mixed-use buildings.

Property owners and realtors will be available at their site for questions or requests for future appointments.

River Street Market will host the networking portion following the tour. The space is a vibrant collection of diverse and delicious cuisine. Equal parts food hall and community space, it is the largest food hall in the Capital Region. Their mission is to provide a gathering space for collaboration centered around quality food and drink for the enjoyment of all. One can find out more about their event/ meeting spaces and vendor availability after the tour concludes.

A program with a full listing and a map will be available throughout the morning for those that prefer a self-guided tour.
