Passport For Good hires director of operations

TROY, N.Y. » Mary Alice Riley has joined Passport for Good, a student engagement data solution company based in Troy, as its director of operations.

In this role, she is responsibl­e for logistics and coordinati­ng the Passport for Good team as it implements overall processes; she will also assist with office administra­tion, finance, human resources, contracts and compliance reviews, and business developmen­t.

Previously, Riley served as the operations director and also business developmen­t contractor at Baby-Friendly USA, Inc., the accreditin­g body and national authority promoting breastfeed­ing in the United States. While there she was responsibl­e for process leadership and analysis, financial management, and technology utilizatio­n. She also has past experience operating her own consulting firm, Russo Project Management, and running foundation­s at Capital Region health care facilities.

Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in communicat­ion arts at Marist College and an MBA at Rensselaer Polytechni­c Institute. She lives in Troy.
