Passport For Good hires director of operations
TROY, N.Y. » Mary Alice Riley has joined Passport for Good, a student engagement data solution company based in Troy, as its director of operations.
In this role, she is responsible for logistics and coordinating the Passport for Good team as it implements overall processes; she will also assist with office administration, finance, human resources, contracts and compliance reviews, and business development.
Previously, Riley served as the operations director and also business development contractor at Baby-Friendly USA, Inc., the accrediting body and national authority promoting breastfeeding in the United States. While there she was responsible for process leadership and analysis, financial management, and technology utilization. She also has past experience operating her own consulting firm, Russo Project Management, and running foundations at Capital Region health care facilities.
Riley earned a bachelor’s degree in communication arts at Marist College and an MBA at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She lives in Troy.
