FALL LACROSSE PROGRAMS FOR BOYS : Capitallan­d lacrosse will be running a boy’s fall lacrosse program. Players can chose to play on Wednesdays night, Sunday afternoons, or both. Programs will start on Sept. 13 and end on Oct. 18. Each group will play for an hour and a half each day/night. Levels include: a co- ed K – 5th learn to play program; boys instructio­nal programs for beginner & novice players grades 2nd – 5th & 6th-10th; an advanced instructio­n program for players in graders 3 – 6 & 7 – 9 who want to refine their game while being introduced to more advanced techniques. FALL FIELD HOCKEY: Are you preparing for the season? Other girls are. Capitallan­d Field Hockey will be running a girls fall program for players in graders K – 9 who are beginner and novice player’s on Wednesdays night, Sunday afternoons, or both start on Sept. 13 and end on Oct. 18. We will also be offering a weeklong evening camp that features a varsity, JV and modified level for girls trying out for their school teams the following week. This camp will be Sept. 14 – 18 from 5:30 to 7:30 and includes a level for all beginners and novice session for grades K – 9. We can only have 50 players in this camp so please sign up right away if you are thinking about have your daughters attend. Ice Hockey Goalie Academy Skills Clinic: Every Monday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p. m. at the Hockey Hut followed by a one hour goalie-focused off-ice training session.The clinic will include stations that focus on rebound control, depth, angles, skating skills, and hand positionin­g. Game type situations and video and photo to help goalies show their position and movement in the crease. $25 drop-in and $20 promotion if you bring a skilled shooter. Compliment­ary assessment­s and on-ice evaluation­s available for more personaliz­ed private and semi-private sessions in and out of season, just ask! Hockey Hut Online Training: We hope everyone is staying safe during this trying time. In Keeping with the standards set by our government, our current programmin­g is on hold. As soon as we can schedule our Tactical Power Skating and our Pond Hockey League we will, stay tuned.

During this difficult time period, we are looking for ways that we can support our community and do our part to help out. On the Hockey Hut Facebook and Instagram pages tune in for core, plyometric, strength, stick handling, and shooting drills.

Hockey Hut presents the Pierre Leblond Advanced Skills Class: Come train with a PRO! Each week players will work on a variety of advanced hockey skills training. Battle drills, edgework, shooting and more, all at a high rate of speed. Register on- site when you arrive, or call us ahead of time. Wednesdays from 5:30- 6:30 p.m. Six sessions for $180.

Hockey Hut presents Drop In Shooting Class: Drop in class to work on the wrist shot and scoring moves. Saturdays at 11 am at the Hockey Hut. Cost: $20 per class. Payment received on location.
