DWI: Noel Scudds, 57, of Hoosick Falls, wasarreste­d at 9:57 p.m. on Oct. 6 in Troy for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Forgery: Jessica Barbosa, 34, of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 9 in Troy for 2 counts of second-degree forgery of an official document.

DWI: Christine Correa, 26, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 2:28 a.m. on Oct. 10 in Colonie for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Criminal mischief: Erika Kessler, 31, of Valley Falls, wasarreste­d at 3:36 a.m. on Oct. 11 in Brunswick for criminal mischief with intent to damage property, second-degree obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, and resisting arrest.

Unlicensed driving: Lourdes Jones, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on Oct. 6 in Albany for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registrati­on.

Unlicensed driving: Ryan Cole, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Oct. 10 in Colonie for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle withmore than three prior suspension­s and use of a vehicle without an interlock device.

Drug possession: Torrin Mayben, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 12 in Colonie for fourth-degree criminal possession of greater than 2 ounces of marijuana.
