Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle: Iziah McCowan, of Troy, was arrested on Nov. 1, at 4:51 p.m. McCowan was charged with misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor operation while registration suspended.

Petit Larceny: Michael Weatherwax, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested on Nov. 2, at 12:44 p.m. Weatherwax was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny.

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle: Taylor Russell, of Albany, was arrested on Nov. 2, at 8:06 p.m. Russell was charged with misdemeanor thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor operation while registration suspended, misdemeanor seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a traffic infraction.

Driving While Intoxicated: Benjamin Owen, of Castleton, was arrested on Nov. 2, at 8:49 p.m. Owen was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than .18%, and multiple traffic infractions.

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle: Zajahmeek Hooks, of Albany, was arrested on Nov. 4, at 8:29 p.m. Hooks was charged with misdemeanor second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a traffic infraction.
