DWI: David Hildreth, 57, of Ludlow, VT, was arrested at 4:52 pm on Sept. 20 in Brunswick for driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

DWI: Timothy Behan, 59, of Troy, was arrested at 10:35 am on Sept. 21 in Colonie for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Larceny: Patrice Silvestrani, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 10:17 am on Sept. 22 in Brunswick for petit larceny, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and resisting arrest.

DWI: Griffith Browne, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 9:10 pm on Sept. 22 in Albany for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

Larceny: Stacey Mason, 49, of Albany, was arrested at 6 pm on Sept. 22 in Brunswick for fourth-degree grand larceny.

Sex Offense: Kyle Pascher, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 9:36 am on Sept. 23 in Brunswick for sexual misconduct.

Burglary: Christopher Ward, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 1:05 pm on Sept. 24 in Brunswick for second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

Criminal Contempt: Edward Smith, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 6:29 pm on Sept. 25 in Brunswick for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.

Criminal Impersonation: Michael Labelle, 25, of Stockport, was arrested at 1:45 pm on Sept. 25 in Castleton on Hudson for second-degree criminal impersonation of another person.

Larceny: Jeffrey Walusa, 41, of Gloversville, was arrested at 7:46 am on Sept. 26 in Rensselaer for fourthdegree grand larceny of property valued in excess of $1,000 and seconddegree possession of a forged instrument.
