Rape: On Jan. 16, at 5:51 p.m., Troy police arrested David Marrero, 41, of Troy. Marrero was charged with felony first-degree rape and felony first-degree sexual abuse: forcible compulsion.
Assault: On Jan. 17, at 12:41 a.m., Troy police arrested Lloyd C. Vaughan, 37, of Troy. Vaughan was charged with felony second-degree assault with intent to injure with a weapon and felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction.
Harassment: On Jan. 17, at 3:08 a.m., Troy police arrested Amanda J. Chamberlain, 35, of Averill Park. Chamberlain was charged with violation second-degree harassment with physical contact and was brought to court on a bench warrant.
Criminal trespassing: On Jan. 17, at 2:01 p.m., Troy police arrested Christine S. Gallagher, 54, homeless. Gallagher was charged with misdemeanor third-degree criminal trespassing of an enclosed property.
Identity theft: On Jan. 17, at 10:26 p.m., Troy police arrested James L. Covington, 30, of Latham. Covington was charged with felony second-degree identity theft to obtain goods and misdemeanor petit larceny.
Petit larceny: On Jan. 18, at 10:31 a.m., Troy police arrested Suzanne E. Mancini, 58, of Troy. Mancini was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny.
Criminal mischief: On Jan. 18, at 10:57 a.m., Troy police arrested Shyann Forte, 27, of Latham. Forte was charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage property.
Grand larceny: On Jan. 18, at 10:20 a.m., Troy police arrested Matthew B. Smarro, 33, of Troy. Smarro was charged with felony third-degree grand larceny and felony third-degree burglary, illegal entry with intent.
Criminal contempt: On Jan. 18, at 11:06 a.m., Troy police arrested Shyann E Forte, 27, of Latham. Forte was charged with misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt, disobeying the court.
Criminal contempt: On Jan. 18, at 11:37 p.m., Troy police arrested Anthony K Bonaparte, 32, of Troy. Bonaparte was charged with misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt, disobeying the court and was brought to court on a bench warrant.
Criminal mischief: On Jan. 19, at 12:21 a.m., Troy police arrested Cushaw Allen, 27, of Troy. Allen was charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage, misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief with prevention of an emergency call and second-degree harassment with physical contact.
Criminal mischief: On Jan. 19, at 1:47 a.m., Troy police arrested Raymond H. Herbert, 28, of Watervliet. Herbert was charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage property and misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief with prevention of an emergency call.
Aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle: On Jan. 19, at 9:00 a.m., Troy police arrested Zachary T. Weeks, 24, of Troy. Weeks was charged with misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle without insurance.
Petit larceny: On Jan. 19, at 9:50 a.m., Troy po
lice arrested Aniyah Redcross, 18, of Troy. Redcross was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny and misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court.
Criminal contempt: On Jan. 19, at 12:48 p.m., Troy police arrested Scott P. Morelli, 52, of Troy. Morelli was charged with misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
Assault: On Jan. 19, at 3:43 p.m., Troy police arrested Tylil Richards, 23, of Troy. Richards was charged with felony second-degree assault with intent to cause physcial injury with a weapon and misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
Criminal contempt: On Jan. 19, at 6:45 p.m., Troy police arrested Daniel B. Gorr, 42, of Latham. Gorr was charged with two counts of misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court, misdemeanor second-degree aggravated harassment threat by phone, and execution of a bench warrant.
Strangulation: On Jan. 19, at 7:12 p.m., Troy police arrested James L. Prince, 50, of Troy. Prince was charged with felony second-degree strangulation.
Aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle: On Jan. 20, at 2:49 a.m., Troy police arrested Xavier Murray, 32, of Watervliet. Murray was charged with misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, misdemeanor moving violation with suspended registration, moving violation with no license and operation of a moving vehicle without an inspection certificate.
Burglary: On Jan. 20, at 1:17 p.m., Troy police arrested Meagan E. Speller, 35, of Troy. Speller was charged with felony first-degree burglary with a dangerous instrument, misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and misdemeanor second-degree menacing with a weapon.
Criminal possession of a weapon: On Jan. 20, at 3:09 p.m., Troy police arrested Elizabeth Montalvo, 40, of Troy. Montalvo was charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction and second-degree harassment with physical contact.
Criminal contempt: On Jan. 22, at 8:34 a.m., Troy police arrested Donald M. Pailley, 54, of Troy. Pailley was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt with physical contact and second-degree harassment with physical contact.
Criminal possession of a weapon: On Jan. 22, at 9:52 a.m., Troy police arrested Carizma C. Carpenter, 21, of Troy. Carpenter was charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, loaded firearm and felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, defaced weapon.
Obstruction of governmental administration: On Jan. 22, at 11:15 a.m., Troy police arrested Dorothy Z. Lawrence, 32, of Troy. Lawrence was charged with misdemeanor second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
Criminal contempt: On Jan. 22, at 2:01 p.m., Troy police arrested Imeek J. Grimes, 35, of Troy. Grimes was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt with physical contact, felony third-degree criminal mischief on property greater than $250, misdemeanor third-degree assault with want to cause physical injury, misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief with preventing an emergency call and second-degree harassment physical contact.
Burglary: On Jan. 22, at 11:57 p.m., Troy police arrested Bradley J. Murphy, 39, of Troy. Murphy was charged with felony first-degree burglary with a dangerous instrument, felony first-degree criminal contempt, felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon with a previous conviction, felony third-degree criminal mischief with property greater than $250, felony second-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon, felony aggravated family offense and misdemeanor act in a manner to injure a child less than 17.
