Frances T. Boccio, 92, of Torrington
Frances T. (Horvath) Boccio, 92, of Torrington, peacefully passed away at her residence on Wednesday, July 17, 2013. She was the wife of the late Salvatore Boccio. Mrs. Boccio was born Oct. 26, 1920, in Torrington, daughter of the late Andrew and Margaret (Klepeicz) Horvath. Along with her husband, she coowned and operated Litchfield Auto Parts for over 30 years. Both were avid golfers.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Addison and her husband Joseph Luckachevicz of Plymouth, Massachusetts; Naomi Boccio of Torrington, two sisters, Elizabeth Horan of Windsor, Ella Jagielski of Chelsea, Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Andrew Cameron and his fiancee Angela Colucci, Miranda Page of New York, Sara Raimundo-Luciano of Wakefield, Massachusetts; one great-granddaughter, Kylani, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her siblings, she was preceded in death by her beloved Parsons Russell Terrier, Simone.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 25, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Peter Church, 107 East Main St., Torrington. Burial will follow in St. Francis New Cemetery. There are no calling hours. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home.
