Diane M. Hogard, of Doylestown, Pa.

DOYLESTOWN, PA. >> Diane M. Hogard of Doylestown died unexpectedly Saturday, July 20. She was 50. Diane was the loving wife of Gary A. Hogard and devoted mother of Haley and Alex Hogard. Born and raised in Torrington, she was the cherished daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Scaramuzza and beloved sister of Dawn Swanson and her husband Richard, Annette McGrath and her husband Antony, Anthony Scaramuzza II and wife Beverly. She was a dear member of an extended family including many nieces and nephews.

Diane’s passion in life was her family and her home. She enjoyed spending time with friends and doting on her two dogs. Added to her everyday joy of family and friends were the many summer hours she shared with them around the family swimming pool. From April to October it was her favorite place to be. Diane had an additional passion for decorating and her home reflects her many talents and unique style.

Family vacations provided many exciting adventures and joyful memories. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to Diane’s Life Celebration, from 9 to 11 a.m. Wed July 24 at the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 5175 Cold Spring Creamery Rd., Doylestown, PA followed by her Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Interment Private. Life Celebration services provided by Leaver/Cable of Buckingham.
