Enrollment sessions offered at NVCC
Naugatuck Valley Community College’s (NVCC) Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center is currently enrolling students for the fall 2013 semester.
Manufacturing is a smart career choice with major earning potential. Interested students can learn more about the program by attending an info session at Naugatuck Valley Community College’s Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center July 31, at 11 a.m.; Aug. 7, 5:30 p.m.; Aug. 14, 11 a.m.; Aug. 21 at 5:30 p.m.
Students who earn their one-year certificate in Advanced Manufacturing Machine Technology Level II will be qualified to work in machine technology and CNC manufacturing environments.
These certificates are Workforce Investment Act (WIA) approved and qualify for assistance under the Veterans Retraining Assistance Program ( VRAP). The program curriculum is available at Ct.edu/manufacturing.
