Tuesday, July 26 GARDEN DEDICATION: Sullivan Senior Center, Torrington, will have a garden dedication ceremony on Tuesday July 26, 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the Bowmen Community Gardens at the top of Mountain Road. These gardens have grown (no pun intended) tremendous­ly over the past three years. All are welcome to attend.
