Kent Singers to perform Sunday

NEW MILFORD — The Kent Singers will present In Cruce: Music of Buxtehude, Mendelssohn, Mozart and Byrd on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 5:00 pm at St. John’s Church on the Green, New Milford.

The concert will feature Membra Jesu Nostri, Dietrich Buxtehude’s stunning cantata cycle, as well as other seasonal works; it will be conducted by music director James Knox Sutterfield, with soloists Megan Chartrand, soprano, Kate Maroney, mezzosopran, Brian Giebler, tenor, Andrew Padgett, bass-baritone, and will be accompanied by string ensemble and organ.
