MEMORIAL DAY IN WINSTED: Following the annual Memorial Day parade in Winsted, the Soldiers’ Monument Commission will give a ceremony on Monday in East End Park. The parade begins at 11:30 a.m. at the west end of Main Street and concludes in the East End Park. COURTHOUSE TOURS: The Greater Litchfield Preservati­on Trust will once again open the doors of the Litchfield County Courthouse,on West Street, Litchfield on Monday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Members will welcome people, to guide them, and to answer questions.
