Brews and Blues Concert hops into the area in June

NEW MILFORD — Incredible Amplifiers will play at Hunt Hill on June 2 in association with Veracious Brewery as part of Brews & Blues concert with food and Veracious beer. This event pairs two classic favorites — beer and blues — to celebrate the power of music to bring people together and focus on our common humanity rather than the differences that set us apart said a news release from organizers.
Hunt Hill Farm is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing experiences to the local community across food, art and music. The Brews & Blues concert will start at 7 p.m for $20 a ticket, which supports its music programs. Advanced seating can be purchased at http://hunthillfarm.org/

The Incredible Amplifires are lead by New England’s blues harp burner and soulful vocalist, Dave Robbins aka “The Kosher Kid.” The Kosher Kid has shared the stage with many world renowned blues artists such as James Cotton, Junior Wells, Ronnie Earl, Anson Funder- burgh, Sam Meyers, Southside Johnny, Luther “Guitar Junior” Johnson, Sugar Ray Norcia, Dennis Greunling, Darrell Nulisch, Steve Guyger, Bruce Katz, James Montgomery and many more.
The Incredible Amplifiers normally play as a “super tight” four-piece unit including electric blues guitar phenom, Ryan “Voodoo Child” Newman, outstanding blues drummer, Mark “Groove” Hennessy and big bottom bassist, Mike “Big Mike” Speranza.
Brews & Blues is a fundraising event, with proceeds from ticket sales, food and brew going to support the summer scholarship program which allows area children to attend Hunt Hill’s summer programs. Hunt Hill has been bringing opportunities to learn and to explore music, arts, and food in the local community for over 45 years. These learning experiences for children and youths can impact lives positively.
