WOODBURY — The artists of Fine Line Art Gallery will host a unique learning opportunity, “Paint Out,” on Sept. 30, when they will paint on the gallery lawn, share technical secrets, and demonstrate their creative process.

All are welcome to watch, learn, and enjoy art and refreshments in the heart of historic Woodbury.

New paintings, photography, prints, pottery and jewelry will be on exhibit and for sale.

The event will take place at the Fine Line Art Gallery, 319 Main St. South, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. An artists’ reception will take place from noon to 4 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Admission is free.

Fine Line Art Gallery, a cooperative venture consisting of 15 artists, began presenting this exhibit over a decade ago as part of its ongoing effort to celebrate and encourage the work of regional artists. Recently this show has drawn crowds from the tri-state area, eager to enjoy the exceptional quality of fine art.

Among the artists painting this year are Lorraine Skelskey Chapin, Mally DeSomma, Bonny Hartigan, Carla Sternberg Koch, Carol T. Moore, Adele Moros, Nadine Newell and John J. Forgione.

This show is the perfect place to find a unique gift or a special piece of artwork to beautify and warm the home. Prices are reasonable, and throughout the show, artists will be available to discuss their work, their media, and the creative process.
