Economic survey, summit planned
The Chamber is collaborating with CBIA to produce an important publication– the 2018 Economic Survey of Northwest Connecticut. Its purpose is to provide insights into how businesses in our region are faring and their plans for the future.
Areas that will be included are economic priorities, business conditions, pressing business needs, demographics, energy issues, healthcare, manufacturing, workforce needs and overall business outlook.
Be sure to participate in the survey that will be distributed this month via email. Results will be examined and printed in the publication that will be circulated throughout the region and state to be utilized as a resource and marketing tool.
The Economic Summit will be held on Thursday, Nov. 15, 7:30 to 9:30am at The Torrington Country Club. Donald KlepperSmith and Peter Gioia, highly respected economists will be the keynote speakers. Chamber Travel Program: 2019 Trips Announced
Last Call for Portugal! The Chamber is traveling to Portugal Nov. 2-10. Travelers will enjoy 9 days and 7 nights exploring Portugal’s hidden treasures.
