NEW YEAR LUNCHEON: Winsted Senior Center’s New Year Celebration Luncheon will be Wednesday, Jan. 9 at noon. Enjoy a roast beef dinner with all the fixings and musical entertainment. NORTHLIGHT ART CENTER SHOW: The Sharon Historical Society & Museum’s next exhibit in Gallery SHS is the ninth annual Northlight Art Center Student Show, Jan. 9-March 8, with an opening reception Jan. 19, 5-7 p.m. The show features a wide variety of art by students of all ages, including drawings, pastels, watercolors, acrylic and oil paintings, representing a wide range of subject matter.
