1. Develop a plan to work on reducing Litchfield’s governing cost structure and simplify operations.
2. Work collaboratively with Litchfield’s communities to address key issues and concerns; namely: Future Town Hall needs; Bantam annex property land use; and Sustainability of the critically important Bantam Lake resource.
3. Engage in active support of collaborative development of cooperative K12 education policies and initiatives with RSD6.
4. Seek productive connections of Litchfield businesses and entrepreneurs with regional economic development initiatives, aimed at developing complementary innovations in a rural setting.
5. Continue resourceful infrastructure investment and environmental protection to enhance safety and quality of life.
6. Establish an improved continuous-communication framework for productive interaction and accelerated outcomes among Town boards / commissions. Other issues:
