FREE CAR WASHES: Free Car Wash for Veterans & Military Personnel will be offered for the 11th year at Swell’s Car Wash, Winsted. WINCHESTER REGSTRARS: The Winchester Registrars will hold a final limited registration session, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Nov. 4, only for those seeking to vote in the election whose qualification as to age, citizenship or residence was attained since October 29, 2019, members armed forces and former members of the armed forces discharged within the calendar year.
