WINCHESTER REGSTRARS: The Winchester Registrars will hold a final limited registrati­on session, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Nov. 4, only for those seeking to vote in the election whose qualificat­ion as to age, citizenshi­p or residence was attained since October 29, 2019, members armed forces and former members of the armed forces discharged within the calendar year.
