Watertown Stage announces new marketing team

WATERTOWN — A new marketing and events team has been formed by the The Watertown Stage, LLC, according to JR Laliberte, owner.
Brandon Olsen has been hired as operations manager. Olsen, a resident of Prospect, is recognized for his high-level management and outstanding customer service abilities.
“Brandon offers in-depth knowledge in the music industry. In his new role, he will be working collectively with the marketing and events team, theatre manager, and owner to ensure growth and success of the Watertown Stage,” members said in a statement. He is a husband, dad, dog lover, writer, and music producer.
Olsen holds a bachelor of science in music and sound recording from the University of New Haven.
Michael Santos has been hired for customer relations and is a managing partner.
Santos, a resident of Naugatuck, has more than 15 years of customer service and hospitality experience.
He has held high-tech profile positions and is instrumental in production and development of the Watertown Stage. He is a writer and plays golf. Santos holds a bachelor of science in marketing from Quinnipiac University.
Susan Caprio, of Milford, has been hired as the stage’s development & outreach coordinator. Caprio has extensive integrated marketing experience.
“Her skillset around modern, strategic, scalable marketing methods will allow the Watertown Stage to capitalize on the strength of their brand as they innovate and grow,” members said in a statement.
Caprio also volunteers in helping the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
She holds a bachelor of science in business economics and marketing from Southern Connecticut State University. Abigale Jones has been hired as office manager. Jones, a resident of Bristol, has held sales and administrative roles in radio, banking, and health care. “In her new position, she will be the voice connecting with the movie goers and entertainment partners for the coordination of all venues,” Members said in a statement. “Abigale will work in all functions of the office environment, contributing as a valuable arm to the marketing & events team.” Jones is an animal activist and a major contributor to the CT Special Olympics Organization. She holds a bachelor of arts in communications from New England College.
