Suggested All Access retail rate $11.85/ week. The Publisher reserves the right to change prices at any time. Such notice to the subscriber may be by mail, by notice contained within the newspaper or otherwise. Changes to subscription rates may be implemented by changing the duration (expiration date) of the subscription. All home delivery subscription rates will include the Thanksgiving Day Edition billed to the subscribers account at the newsstand rate of $1.50 along with 4 Special Editions delivered quarterly and billed to the subscribers account at the rate of $1 each / $4 annually. The newsstand price for each special edition is $2.95. To opt out of the special editions or the Thanksgiving Day edition please contact customer service at (888) 955-0355.
