Jessica E. Priestman of Telford.
Jessica E. Priestman, 20, of Telford, passed away suddenly on April 26, 2017. Born March 24, 1997 in Lansdale, PA, she was the beloved daughter of Judith L. (nee Priestman) Costello (Chris), of Telford, and Michael G. Collins (Amy), of Lansdale.
Jessica was a 2015 graduate of Souderton High School, where she also participated in the Vocational Technical Program. At the time of her death she was employed as a certified nursing aide at Souderton Mennonite Homes, where she really liked helping and caring for the elderly residents with compassion, respect, and dignity. In her spare time, Jessica enjoyed fishing, dirt bike riding, and traveling with her family. What she really enjoyed most of all however, was spending time with her family and friends. Jessica will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend.
In addition to her parents, Jessica is also survived by her siblings, Justin Costello, Jonathan Costello, Mallory Wagner, and Liam Collins; her maternal grandmother, Lorraine M. Priestman, of Lansdale; her paternal grandmother, Kathleen CollinsWieda of North Wales; her paternal grandfather, Michael Costello, of Limerick; her paternal grandmother, Carol Rohrer, of Lansdale; and her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jessica was also preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, the late Glyndon Priestman, and her paternal grandfather, the late Gerald Collins.
Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Thursday evening, May 4, 2017 from 6:30-8:30 PM, and again on Friday morning, May 5, 2017 from 9:30-11:00 AM at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Avenue, Lansdale, PA 19446 where a celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Whitemarsh Memorial Park in Ambler, PA.
Jessica’s family has respectfully requested that all flowers be omitted, and that those desiring to do so may make a memorial contribution in her name to the Montgomery County S.P.C.A., PO Box 222, Conshohocken, PA 19428 to honor her love of animals, and which would be deeply appreciated by her family.
