Long & Foster welcomes new sales associates

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Bob Kiziroglou, Michele Gregg and Ian Koteles to its Blue Bell satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike.

Kiziroglou will be working with Art Herling and Arthur Herling III. Gregg will be working with Herling and Karen Horn. Koteles will be working with Herling and Jane Healy. This satellite office is managed by Blue Bell Manager and Vice President Debora Weidman-Phillips.

Kiziroglou will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Kiziroglou graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s in accounting. The opportunit­y to learn more about lot identifica­tion and the developmen­t side of the business drew Kiziroglou to work with Long & Foster. He lives in Huntingdon Valley. He has a 5-year-old son. Kiziroglou loves to run and has participat­ed in various 10K and 10-mile runs in Philadelph­ia.

Gregg has been in the real estate industry for 20 years, and she has both title and mortgage experience. According to Gregg, the opportunit­y for success and the incredible training drew her to Long & Foster. Gregg has been married for 18 years and has two sons, one 16 and one 14. She loves football, poker, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She resides in Douglassvi­lle in Berks County.

Koteles has been in the real estate business for six years. He is a musician/ songwriter by trade and can be found performing periodical­ly around town as a solo guitarist/singer. He and his family love venturing outside, tumbling, swimming, traveling, coloring, eating, napping and repeating.

“When not singing or selling real estate, there is no place I’d rather be than at home in Ambler with my wife, Krista, my daughters, Della (3 months) and Kora (20 months), my dog, Hank, and cat Ginger,” Koteles said.
