Coldwell Banker associates rank among top in state

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, announces several sales associates affiliated with the company have been named on the 2017 list of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents in Pennsylvania.

The list ranks the most productive agents by state based on closed sales volume and closed transactions sides in 2016.

To be considered, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume for 2016, and sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume for 2016.
