Saturday, April 14: Friends and family invite everyone to celebrate the life of David Friday beginning at 7 p.m. at Screwballs, 216 W. Beidler Road, King of Prussia. All proceeds benefit the David Friday Memorial Scholarshi­p Funds, and checks should be made out to Pope John Paul II High school. Sunday, April 15: The King of Prussia Rotary Club is pleased to announce that tickets for Taste of the Suburbs 2018 are on sale online at kingofprus­siarotary.org. This year’s event will showcase food and drink specialtie­s from over 30 restaurant­s, wineries and micro- breweries. BULLYING PREVENTION AND SOCIAL MEDIA SAFETY

Saturday, March 10: Penn Foundation’s Family Autism Center will host a workshop entitled “Bullying Prevention and Social Media Safety” on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 9:00 – 10:30 am in Penn Foundation’s Loux Healthcare Center - Univest Community Room (807 Lawn Avenue, Sellersvil­le). The cost is $25 per person or couple. This workshop is designed for parents/caregivers of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Parents/caregivers will learn about different forms of bullying such as School Bullying and Cyberbully­ing. The workshop will cover informatio­n regarding victims of bullying and the effects on one’s health. AUDUBON BIRD TOWN BIRD WALK ON THE PENNYPACK TRAIL

Tuesday, March 20: Meet at the Terwood and Welsh Road parking lot access to the Pennypack Trail for this morning bird walk led by members of the Wyncote Audubon Society. Expect to see some of the earliest arriving spring migrant birds as well as winter resident species. There will be a particular effort to spot Rusty Blackbirds which are one of the species that gave the Bethayres swamp the coveted

Subjects include wintering waterfowl of the Eastern US, as well as the birds, landscapes and mammals of Alaska, Costa Rica, Ecuador, India, Iceland, Svalbard, Japan, Antarctica, the Falkland Islands and South Georgia.
