Berkshire Hathaway holds grand opening for new office
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors Spring House Home Marketing Center held its ribbon-cutting and grand opening.
The office has relocated to 904 Moore Drive, Spring House.
“We are so excited about our newest office of the future, ” said Joan Docktor, president, BHHS Fox & Roach. “Our agents are able to grow their business in an environment that is attractive to today’s buyers and sellers.”
The Spring House Home Marketing Center is located on a main thoroughfare in a revitalized and newly created business district of Spring House. The office serves the tri-county area of Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. This office is equipped with the latest in technology, including wireless connectivity throughout, a conference room with a flat screen that clients can use to view available inventory and complete their settlements, as well as an open concept floor plan that encourages agent collaboration.
Weichert salutes 2017 highest achievers
John Bilek, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced the 2017 highest achievers from its Montgomery County sales offices in Blue Bell, Collegeville, Jenkintown and Whitemarsh.
“I would like to take this time to thank all of the Weichert sales associates within these offices for their time and dedication in 2017,” Bilek said. “The awards and distinctions that have been earned reaffirm the commitment Weichert associates have to their customers and our singular focus on making each homebuying and selling experience successful. Without their hard work, none of this would be possible.”

Long & Foster adds Realtor to team
Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Ariel Belli to Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with real estate agents Art Herling and Jane Healy.
Belli will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Belli became a Realtor in 2017.
When asked what drew her to work with Long & Foster, Belli said, “After meeting with Jane Healy, I knew that I wanted to work with her on the Art Herling Team at Long & Foster. I felt that I could learn a lot from Jane and the rest of the team. Everyone here is very supportive and helpful.”
Belli graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University. She also holds a certification in project management. She and her husband, Dennis, live in Glenside with their two cats. Belli loves traveling, spending time with family and friends all over the U.S., running, reading and the arts.
Berkshire Hathaway honors sales associates
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors salutes sales associates in the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center for being the office leaders for the month of February 2018.
The Connie Berg Team, led by Connie Berg and consisting of Vicki Klink, Leslie Porter, Grant Briskin, Jenna Koser, Kate Collins, Suzanne Gourley and Natalie Rich, has been recognized for listings. Licensed since 1982, Berg, ALHS, CNE, is a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle, Top of the Rock and Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards. She is a resident of Meadowbrook.
The Parkins/Yablonovitz Team, led by Jeffrey Parkins and Holly Yablonovitz, has been recognized for volume. Licensed since 2005, Parkins and Yablonovitz, CNE, SRES, ABR, are recipients of the Chairman’s Circle Award. They are five-year residents of Meadowbrook.
The Cari Guerin-Boyle Team has been recognized for units. Licensed since 2000, Guerin-Boyle, CNE, SRES, is a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Award and is a Philly Mag FiveStar Agent. She is a 27-year resident of Jenkintown.
Re/Max Central welcomes agent
Abbas Shipon has joined Re/Max Central and is now affiliated with its Lansdale office located at 1110 N. Broad St., Lansdale.
He attended Temple University, graduating with a degree in accounting. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Shipon was a financial analyst.
Shipon is a member of the Bucks County Association of Realtors. Prior to joining Re/Max Central, Shipon was affiliated with Keller Williams.
Shipon has been a resident of Montgomery County for 20 years. He currently lives in Harleysville with his wife, Nusrat Siddika, to whom he has been married for three years. They have one child, Aatif Farraj, who is 3 months old.
In addition to spending time with his family and daughter, Shipon enjoys sports and movies.
