Prom season is just around the corner, and Home Instead Senior Care in Skippack doesn’t want one group of seniors to feel left out. They recently hosted a Senior “Senior” Prom for residents 65-years and older. The free event for area seniors and their guests was held at Pope John Paul II High School in Royersford. Over 100 guests attended. The event included big band music and a swing dancing demonstration. The theme for the dance was “Here’s Looking at You Kid,” and attendees were encouraged to dress to impress. Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments donated by area businesses were provided, and a Prom King and Queen were named.
The Home Instead office serves Central and North Montgomery County.
