MCAR hosts annual coat drive
The Montgomery County Association of REALTORS (MCAR) is hosting its annual coat drive to benefit Family Services of Montgomery County as part of its annual REaltors Reach Out campaign, a monthlong statewide initiative recognizing the volunteerism and service efforts of Realtors.
During October, Realtos and affiliate offices throughout Montgomery County are collecting winter coats for infants through adults.

MCAR has a long-standing tradition of giving back to the community where its members live and work. In fact, over the years, MCAR has donated thousands of dollars and time to these local programs.
“Family Services is a natural fit for MCAR’s charitable endeavors. The Realtors of Montgomery County are proud community residents, employers and employees and have a vested interest in providing time and resources to agencies that enhance their community,” said Suzanne Kunda, 2018 MCAR president.
In 2017, 25 offices participated in the coat drive, resulting in 35 large moving boxes containing more than 1,000 winter coats for infants through adults.
Gail Fusco, MCAR chief executive officer, said, “We’re so proud to be able to participate in programs like these that have direct, positive impacts on our community. It’s what keeps us coming back to do more.”

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors salutes sales associates for being the office leaders for the month of September 2018.
In the Collegeville office, Bob Raynor has been recognized for listings. Licensed since 2006, Raynor, ABR, CRS, e-Pro, is a recipient of the Leading Edge Society Award. He is a 12year resident of Gilbertsville.
Andrea Szlavik has been recognized for volume. Licensed since 2001, Szlavik, ASR, associate broker, is a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Award. She is a 17-year resident of Harleysville.
Matt Moore has been recognized for units. Licensed since 2015, Moore is a three-year resident of Gilbertsville.
In the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center, Becky Krevitz has been recognized for listings among individual agents. Licensed since 2006, Krevitz, CNE, is a recipient of the Five Star Agent and Leading Edge Society Awards. She is a 28-year resident of Cheltenham.
Max Chania has been recognized for volume and units among individual agents. Licensed since 2006, Chania is a recipient of the Honor Society and Sales Performance Awards. He is a sevenyear resident of Huntingdon Valley.
The Maryclaire Dzik Team has been recognized for listings and units among teams. Licensed since 1993, Dzik, associate broker, CRS, ABR, GRI, CNE, is a recipient of the President’s Circle Award. She is a 36-year resident of Cheltenham.
The Connie Berg Team, led by Connie Berg and consisting of Vicki Klink, Leslie Porter, Grant Briskin, Jenna Koser, Kate Collins, Suzanne Gourley and Natalie Rich, has been recognized for volume among teams. Licensed since 1982, Berg, ALHS, CNE, is a recipient of the Chairman’s Circle, Top of the Rock and Five Star Real Estate Agent Awards. She is a resident of Meadowbrook.
