NORTH PENN 4, PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 0 >> Lucas Francis rolled his second perfect game of the season to lead the Knights boys team to a 4-0 sweep over the Colonials Tuesday.

Francis rolled a teamhigh series of 767.

Alex Krause led Plymouth Whitemarsh with a 598 series.

PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 4, NORTH PENN 0 >> Ashley Newell bowled a 442 series to lead the Colonials girls team to a 4-0 sweep over North Penn Tuesday.

Newell posted games of 155, 143 and 144.

Jennifer Snyder led the short-handed Knights with a 462 series, including a 182 in the second game.

DOCK MENNONITE 4, HOLY GHOST PREP 0 >> Adam Berry rolled a 215 game and 552 series to lead the Pioneers to a win over Holy Ghost Tuesday.

RAMS BREAK EVEN >> SpringFord split Tuesday’s nonleague match with Pennridge. The boys swept 4-0 while the girls went 1-3.

The SF boys (20-3-1) got high series from Matt Hanson (719) and Sam Leonard (715 - honor match). The Ram girls (12-12) got high series from Lauren Black (459) and Ashley Della Guardia (457).

Boys basketball

WISSAHICKO­N 64, HATBOROHOR­SHAM 38 >> Harrison Williams scored 20 points to lead the Trojans to their sixth straight win Tuesday night.

Matt Compas added 18 points for Wissahicko­n.

The Trojans jumped out to a 25-11 lead in the first quarter and stayed comfortabl­y ahead the rest of the way.

PENNRIDGE 70, QUAKERTOWN 35 >> Connor Pleibel hit three three-pointers and led the Rams with 14 points against the Panthers Tuesday.

Trent Fisher added 12 points and Colin Monahan had 11.

Pennridge outscored Quakertown, 19-5, in the second quarter to take a 3111 lead into halftime.

CB WEST 51, SOUDERTON 47

Neri each scored 10 points to lead the Bucks to an SOL Continenta­l Conference win over the Indians Tuesday night.

Owen Haney added nine points and Mike Munari had eight for CB West.

Souderton’s Jason Price scored a game-high 19 points and Evan Kutzler added 10.

CHELTENHAM 63, UPPER DUBLIN 54 >> Drew Stover scored a game-high 27 points but it wasn’t enough as the Cardinals lost to the Panthers in SOL American play Tuesday night. GERMANTOWN ACADEMY 39, HAVERFORD 35 >> Jordan Longino scored 15 points to lead the Patriots to a win Tuesday.

GA outscored Haverford 26-18 in the second half to secure a come-from-behind win.

POPE JOHN PAUL II 58, POTTSTOWN 57 >> A bigger longdistan­ce shooting game made the difference for the Golden Panthers (8-0 Frontier, 10-2 PAC) in Tuesday’s narrow PAC Frontier Division game with the Trojans (4-4 Frontier, 5-7 PAC).

PJP sank seven 3-point baskets to Pottstown’s one, Drew McKeon getting nine of his 11 from the far side of the arc. Jaden Workman (14), Luke McCarthy (13) and David Smrek (11) also hit “threes” for PJP, which clinched a PAC playoff spot.

Pottstown got doublefigu­re scoring from Robert Burress (17), Tre’ Bass (13) and Darius Smallwood (10). UPPER MERION 51, POTTSGROVE 47 >> The Vikings rode a big offensive output in the fourth quarter to a comeback victory over the Falcons in Tuesday’s PAC Frontier Division game.

With Nick Shepperd (14 points) heading a trio of double-figure scorers — Ty Jones kicked in 12, Collin Bowman 10 — UM rebounded from a 33-29 deficit after three quarters. Pottsgrove’s offense was headed by Luke Kaiser with 11 and Thompson with 10. SPRING-FORD 69, OWEN J. ROBERTS 47 >> The Rams picked up a PAC Liberty win over OJR on Tuesday.

Spring-Ford (5-3 Liberty, 9-3 PAC) can lock up a spot in the league postseason with a crossover win over Upper Merion on Thursday.

Girls basketball

CB WEST 58, SOUDERTON 50 >> Maddie Burke scored 22 points to lead the Bucks to an SOL Continenta­l win over Souderton Tuesday.

Souderton’s Mikaela Reese scored a game and career-high 26 points, but it wasn’t enough for Big Red.

The Bucks outscored Souderton, 22-13, in the fourth quarter to rally to victory.

PENNRIDGE 37, QUAKERTOWN 28 >> Ashley Gordon led the Rams with eight points in a win over the Panthers Tuesday.

Katie Yoder and Julia Kreider each added seven points for Pennridge. GERMANTOWN ACADEMY 70,

SPRINGSIDE CHESTNUT HILL 28 >> Jaye Haynes and Maddie Vizza each scored 17 points in the Patriots win Tuesday.

Jessica Moore added 12 points on four three-pointers for GA.

POTTSGROVE 59, UPPER MERION 24 >> The Falcons used Tuesday’s big win over the Vikings to clinch first place in the Pioneer Athletic Conference’s Frontier Division.

Pottsgrove (9-0 division, 11-2 PAC) combined balanced offense and tight defense in the middle frames to sew up the Frontier’s top spot. Riley Simon led the way with her 11-point outing, followed in close order by Rachel Ludwig (10), Jaimi Makins (nine) — all off shots from 3-point range — and Sierra Potts (eight).

METHACTON 61, NORRISTOWN 18 >> Nicole Timko headed a trio of double-figure scorers who fueled the Warriors’ (6-2 Liberty, 10-2 PAC) potent offense in Tuesday’s PAC Liberty Division game with the Eagles.

Timko scored a gamehigh 19 points, followed by Cassidy Kropp (14) and Sydney Tornetta (12). Tornetta also cleared seven rebounds and made four steals while Caroline Pellicano pulled down eight rebounds. Golden Panthers (6-2 Frontier, 6-6 PAC) roll the Trojans in Tuesday’s PAC Frontier Division game.

Crossan had 10 rebounds and assists for PJP, whose offense was headed by Kayla Viney with 18 points (eight steals), Carly Cabot and Emily Dougherty (10 each). Haley Jackson cleared eight boards for the Panthers while Trinell Watson gave Pottstown a team-high 17 points. UPPER MORELAND 46, ABINGTON 45 >> Bean Hughes scored 27 points as the Golden Bears knocked off the Ghosts in SOL American play Tuesday.

Hughes was consistent throughout the game, scoring at least six points in each quarter. HATBORO-HORSHAM 60, WISSAHICKO­N 37 >> The Hatters outscored the Trojans, 3415, in the second half to cruise to an SOL American win Tuesday night.

Boys swimming

SPRING-FORD 97, NORRISTOWN 54 >> Cameron Wilson won two individual events to help the Rams dominate the Eagles in Tuesday’s PAC meet.

Wilson headed the 200 free (2:01.09) and 100 back (1:04.60) for Spring-Ford. Norristown got two-win showings from Alex Waskiewicz in the 200 IM (2:18.61) and 100 breast (1:08.20), and Devon Carpenter in the 50 free (23.52) and 100 fly (59.43).

GA SPLITS >> Germantown Academy defeated Agnes Irwin, 106-73, and lost to Haverford, 99-81, in Swimming and Diving Tuesday night.

Patriots sophomore Henry Morrrissey set a new pool record in the 400 meter freestyle with a time of 3:59.98.

Girls swimming

SPRING-FORD98,NORRISTOWN 52>> Ashley Gutshall and Chloe Rouyer combined to provide the Rams three first-place finishes in Tuesday’s PAC meet with the Eagles.

Gutshall (200 IM, 2:27.03) and Rouyer (500 free, 6:28.92) also swam legs on Spring-Ford’s winning 20 medley relay (2:09.80). Olivia Parks was a two-event winner for Norristown, heading the 50 free (27.65) and 100 breast (1:16.84).
