Burns took first in the 200 free (2:02.58) and 100 fly (1:00.92) for the Indians (7-1-1, 5-0 conference). Ferlick won the 50 free (24.72) and 100 free (54.68) while Hiestand posted the best times in the individual medley (2:17.78) and 100 back (1:01.70). METHACTON 107, UPPER MER

ION 78 » The Warriors got two firsts from Alex Ferrance as they outswam the Vikings in Thursday’s PAC meet.

Ferrance’s firsts came in the 200 free (2:06.91) and 100 fly (1:03.99). She also swam the lead leg on Methacton’s winning 400 free relay (4:04.67).

RISTOWN 55 » Noel Fresa and Devin Romanowski won pairs of events to lead the Indians past the Eagles in Thursday’s PAC meet.

Fresa topped the 200 IM (2:09.93) and 100 free (53.62), with Romanowski doing the same in the 50 free (26.13) and 500 free (5:27.61). Norristown got individual-event firsts from Rachel Pham in the 100 back (1:33.57) and Olivia Parks in the 100 breast (1:18.23).

Robbie Ferlick won both the 50 free (23.33) and 100 free (50.57) and also swam on Souderton’s first-place 200 and 400 free relays as the Indians claimed an SOL Continenta­l victory.

Matt Masciulli took first in both the 200 free (1:51.94) and 100 fly (57.05) for the Indians (7-2, 5-0 conference).

UPPER MERION 100, METHAC

TON 80 » Michael Lemishko and Cody Nguyen each won two individual races to lead the Vikings in Thursday’s PAC meet with the Warriors.

Lemishko topped the 200 IM (2:03.41) and 100 fly (54.13), with Nguyen doing the same in the 50 free (22.62) and 100 free (49.41). Christophe­r Groff led Methacton with his firsts in the 200 free (5:14.76) and 100 back (55.64). UPPER PERKIOMEN 81, NOR

RISTOWN 56 » Sean Lyman gave the Indians a recordbrea­king performanc­e during Thursday’s PAC meet with the Eagles.

Lyman’s 1:57.50 clocking in the 200 IM was a new UP pool and team record. It complement­ed Trevor Cairns’ two-win outing in the 200 free (1:51.45) and 100 fly (57.40).

Devon Carpenter gave Norristown a pair of firsts in the 50 free (23.35) and 100 free (52.29).

PENN 1 » Spring-Ford’s Mason Doan recorded a 700 series — bowling games of 218, 290 and 192 — as the Rams took the second and third games and total pins in Thursday’s nonleague match.

James Carnal paced North Penn with a 682 series. Lucas Francis added a 678 series for the Knights while Martin Grace had a 610 series. Spring-Ford’s Matt Hanson had a 652 series with Bobby Schneeweir posting a 623 series.

Girls Bowling

SPRING-FORD 4, NORTH PENN

0» Lauren Black bowled games of 183, 128 and 159 for a 470 series as SpringFord collected a sweep in Thursday’s nonleague match.

Annaleigh Switzer led North Penn with a 386 series.
