Jake Slackman, Andrew Slackman and Sam Baker each had a goal for the Trojans (3-4-2, 3-3-2 SOL Liberty), who were 0-3-2 in the previous five. Julian Memis and Anthony Piccone both collected an assist with goalkeeper­s Hunter Graefe and Ethan Glass combined on the shutout.

UPPER MERION 3, POPE JOHN PAUL II 2 » Patryk Rojek had two goals, Tyler Runkle collected two assists and Upper Merion did all its scoring before halftime then held off Pope John Paul II to earn a win Thursday.

DOCK 3, THE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY 0 » Zach Frederick and Jacob Shreiner scored in the first half while Ben Lare added a third two minutes after halftime as Dock Mennonite claimed a shutout BAL win Thursday.

Frederick tallied the Pioneers’ first goal in the 23rd minute, putting in his own rebound. Dock (5-3-0, 5-1-0 league) doubled the lead when Aiden Kelly finding Shreiner at back post for his goal in the 37th. Lare made it 3-0 in the 42nd minute off a rebound.

Reynaldo Ramos earned the shutout with two saves, including a diving stop of a free kick. TCA goalie Evan Sareyka made 13 saves. PERK VALLEY 3, METHACTON 1» Owen Slack had a goal and an assist while Steven Warren and Owen Slack also scored for Perkiomen Valley in their PAC win Thursday.

Chris Rowland scored for Methacton while Steven Remish made two saves. Alex Chamorro and Matt Holmes added assists for PV with Steven Remish stopping eight shots. UPPER MORELAND 2, SPRINGFIEL­D (M) 1 » Upper Moreland rallied for its third straight win, scoring twice in the second half on an own goal and a Michael Kane tally to best Springfiel­d in the SOL Freedom matchup.

Riley Martin had the goal for Springfiel­d (1-5-2, 1-5-1) with Grant Williams assisting. Upper Moreland improved to 5-1-0 (5-1-0).

Kirsten O’Brien deflected in a Molly Rowland shot to give Methacton (2-3-1) the 1-0 lead in the 16th minute. Julia McCann added the second on a breakaway in the 75th minute off pass from Ruby Murray.
