Community Health and Dental Care hosting job fair

Seeks to fill a number of open positions

NORTH COVENTRY » Community Health and Dental Care is looking for people who are seeking a career in healthcare. The provider has a number of open positions to fill and will host a job fair for interested candidates.

The job fair is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 11, from 11 a.m. — 6 p.m. at the Community Health and Dental Care location at the Coventry Mall, 351 W. Schuylkill Road, Suite G-15A, in North Coventry.

There are multiple openings across “at least 20” individual job descriptions, according to Jennifer O’Donnell, chief marketing & operations officer for Community Health and Dental Care.

Among the positions the agency is looking to fill are medical assistants, dental assistants, expanded function dental assistants (EFDA’s), and patient services representatives. Most of the openings are at the Coventry Mall location, but O’Donnell said some of the jobs are at other Community Health and Dental facilities.

Candidates do not need to pre-register for the event, and are asked to bring their resume and references on Jan. 11.

“Applicants will meet with HR, complete an application, and most interviews will be held the same day,” O’Donnell said in an emailed response to questions, adding that the sameday interviews will be “subject to supervisor availability.” Tours may also be given of the Coventry Mall facility.
