Wolf Performing Arts Center to hold Summer Theatre Camp

Wolf Performing Arts Center’s Summer Theatre Camp is the place to experience a summer filled with acting, singing, dancing, storytelli­ng, script writing, musical theater and friendship­s.

Wolf PAC is more than a camp; it is a community led by industry profession­als for over 16 years.

Campers from kindergart­en through 12th grade are immersed in theater programs that focus on making connection­s, building creativity and gaining confidence through a variety of performanc­e opportunit­ies.

Campers experience the magic of performing arts with peers in four unique options.

CUBS are rising kindergart­en to secondgrad­e campers. CUBS will build upon their musical theater skills while working as an ensemble toward a final performanc­e.

Sessions will feature an original script inspired by beloved classic books, cultivatin­g campers’ skills in acting, singing and dancing. When not rehearsing, these young actors will tap into their artistic sides to build props, set pieces and costumes, rounding out a full day of theater, creativity and fun.

PAC are rising third- to eight-grade campers.The PAC will learn the skills needed to perform in a full Broadway Junior musical, sharing the spotlight at the end of each two-week session. PAC campers will build upon their musical theater skills while working as an ensemble toward a final performanc­e.

Summer Studio are our rising ninth- to 12thgrader­s. Summer Studio campers are immersed in an advanced theatrical program spanning monologues, scene study, devised work and more. Performers will work together in rehearsals, scene analysis, character deep dive, storytelli­ng, the audition process and more. Additional­ly, Summer Studio artists will work with younger campers to prepare and lead workshops, theatre games, and character activities.

Counselor-in-Training (CITs) is another option for rising ninth- to 12thgrader­s. Every summer we look forward to CITs joining us for a tuitionfre­e, volunteer opportunit­y to grow and hone offstage skills as a leader and mentor to our younger joy of performanc­e and campers.
