Pennridge pulls off win over North Penn

PENNRIDGE 77, NORTH PENN 62 » The Rams got off to a hot start in the first half, taking a 44-32 lead, and coasted to their biggest win of the season on Tuesday night. Jude D’Agostino scored all 17 of his points in the first half and Xavier Peters led the team with 19. Milind Pulugura paced North Penn with 16 points.

SCH 69, GA 61 » Blake Smith scored 15 points, but the Patriots dropped the Inter-AC contest on Tuesday. Bryce Rollerson added 14 points for GA.

UPPER DUBLIN 57, QUAKERTOWN 34 » The Cardinals (14-5, 10-3) picked up the win led by a balanced attack on Tuesday night in SOL Liberty action. Ellis Johnson led the way with 14, Seaton Kukla added 13 and Griffin Pensabene chipped in with 12.

CB EAST 76, SOUDERTON 56 » The Indians (11-6 6-6) fell behind 19-7 after one quarter and had trouble recovering on Tuesday night in a SOL Colonial matchup. Aleks Smith scored 17 points and Shaun Purvy added 10 for Souderton. Liam Cummiskey scored 14 points to pace CB East.

DOCK 96, VALLEY FORGE MILITARY ACADEMY 51 » Ten players scored as the Pioneers improved to 17-3, 12-0 in the BAL on Tuesday night. Nathan Lapp paced the Pioneers with 19, Vaughn Martin had 18 and Tomir Johnson chipped in with 17. Six diffferent players hit 3-pointers as Dock finished with 10 treys in all.

JENKINTOWN 58, FAITH CHRISTIAN 57 » A Faith Christian 3-pointer with eight seconds left tied the game but Jenkintown’s Jake Hilton was fouled on a three as time expired and he hit the first free throw to give the Drakes (4-11, 4-6 BAL Presidents) the win. Hilton finished with 28 points in all.

NORRISTOWN 74, OWEN J. ROBERTS 45 » The Eagles used a strong second half to pull out the PAC contest on Tuesday night. Norristown went on a 24-9 thirdquart­er run to take control of the game and coasted to the finish line. Righteous Mitchell led Norristown with 23 points, while DJ Johnson added 13.

PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 64, HATBORO-HORSHAM 24 » The Colonials won their 19th consecutiv­e game to start the season as Abby Sharpe led the way with 17 points on Tuesday night in SOL Liberty action. Katilyn Flanagan added 13, Jordyn Thomas 12 and Lainey Allen chipped in with 11. Alice Hall scored her 1,000th point for Hatboro-Horsham and finished the game with 11 points.

SOUDERTON 44, CB EAST 33 » The Indians defense did the job again as Souderton (162, 12-1) picked up another SOL Colonial win on Tuesday night. Casey Harter set the tone with 12 points and 9 rebounds. Erin Bohmueller added 10 points and 5 assists.

GERMANTOWN ACADEMY 54, AGNES IRWIN 21 » The Patriots rolled out to a 27-5 lead after one quarter and never let up in posting the InterAC win on Tuesday night. Kendall Bennett led the way with 18 points, while Isabella Casey added 15.

PENNRIDGE 53, NORTH PENN 40 » The Rams (5-13, 3-9) outscored the Knights (109, 7-6) in every quarter and picked up the SOL Colonial win on Tuesday night. Katie Yoder led Pennridge (108, 6-6) with 18 points, while Emma Pyne added 13.

SOUDERTON 44, CB SOUTH 24 » The Indians won 8 bouts and picked up the win on Tuesday night. Winning by fall for Souderton were Charlie Arobone at 113, AJ Stayton at 126 and Kole Lester at 189.

Girls Swimming

WISSAHICKO­N 107, PW 69 » Rachel Le took home first place in the 500 free and then hooked up with Maddie Johnson, Ava Walters and Gabby Jones to win the 200 medley relay as the Trojans held off the Colonials on Tuesday night. Also winning for the Trojans were Johnson (100 free, 200 free), Walters (200 IM, 100 breast), Pickel (50 free, 100 back), Regan Santoro (diving), Bernie Fu (100 fly), 200 free relay (Faith Piegon, Fu, Walters and Lee), 400 free relay (Fu, Piegon, Le and Pickel).
