Norman C. Kulig, Sr.
Norman C. Kulig Sr., 83, of Homewood at Martinsburg, PA, died Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Born in Hazleton, PA, a son of the late Francis and Ida (Kepp) Kulig. Norm was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Norm worked as a machinist in Lansdale, PA before retiring.
Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Kay (Borneisen) Kulig; a daughter Sharon (Kulig) Beckstead (Dr. Donald Beckstead) of Hollidaysburg; a daughter, Victoria Comstock Kulig (Roger Flowers) of Elizabethtown; a son Daniel Kulig (Jennifer Forester); a son Timothy Kulig (Dr. Jill Kulig) of Green Lane; and a daughter Nanci Kulig Kasenchar (Bill Kasenchar) of Ambler. Norm is also survived by one sibling, Sharon (Kulig) Matulevich (Paul) of Hazle Township.
Norm was blessed with 13 grandchildren: David Beckstead (Hope Phillips), Amanda Kowalski (Nick), Rachel Kulig, Katelynn Barwin (Regis), Gabrielle Kulig, Jessica Forester, Olivia Forester, Shannon Kulig (Eric Witt), Dr. Aaron Kulig, Owen Kulig, Claudia Kasenchar, Margo Kasenchar and Ingrid Kasenchar. Norm also had 4 great grandchildren: Kinsley, Clyde Norman, and Raegan Barwin and Aldo Witt.
Norm is preceded in death by his beloved son Norman Kulig Jr, his parents, and his siblings: Connie Spadell (Angelo), Loretta Justofin (Robert), Judy Justofin (James), and David Kulig (JoAnne).
At Norm’s request, there will be no public services. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home, Hollidaysburg, PA.
