Heidelberg United Church of Christ,

1101 Cowpath Road, Hatfield, will hold a Maundy Thursday Service, April 14, at 6:30p.m., serving the traditiona­l soup and bread meal, followed by communion, Easter related gospel passages and hymns. Grace Lutheran Church,

40 N. Main St., Hatfield and Pastor Nancy M. Raabe continue midweek Lenten prayer services, “Pray for Peace,” Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. through April 6. Open to the community, they include readings from scripture and contempora­ry literature and sung prayers from the Lutheran and Ukrainian Orthodox traditions. Grace’s annual Community Easter Egg Hunt will be held at the church on Saturday, April 9starting at 2p.m. Stories, crafts, and eggs with plenty of candy for all. Open to the public. St. John’s United Church of Christ celebrates One Great Hour of Sharing, the special mission of the United Church of Christ, at the 8a.m. and 10:15a.m. services on March 27. The UCC works with internatio­nal partners to provide such resources as clean water, food, education, health services and emergency relief. OGHS also supports domestic and internatio­nal ministries for disaster preparedne­ss and response. St. Peter’s Lutheran Church,

2871 Barndt Road at the corner of Sumneytown Pike, Upper Salford, holds inperson communion services at 8and 10:15a.m. on Sundays, with Covid protocols requiring mask wearing.
