ARCHBISHOP CARROLL 8, GARNET VALLEY 7 » Carroll overcame a 4-1 first half deficit with a 7-goal second half to beat Garnet Valley 8-7 on Saturday. The game was really two different halves with Garnet winning the first half, and Carroll the second. Emma Talago got the 5th goal for Carroll that tied the score at 5-all. G. Valley then went ahead 7-5 on goals by Sophie Kingsborou­gh and Mia Raucci, her 4th of the game. But Carroll wasn’t to be denied and scored the next three goals to go ahead 8-7. They were scored by Ava Bleckley, Emma Talago, and the game winner on a free position goal by Chloe Bleckley. Carroll then won the ensuing draw after Bleckley’s goal and maintained possession for the remaining 5:14 of the game. Bridget Robinson got the win and had seven saves in net. Garnet Valley was led by Mia Raucci’s four goals, and Mak Butler in goal, who had 6 saves. PHOENIXVIL­LE 13, ABINGTON 5 » Mei Mei Chang scored two goals, but the Ghosts couldn’t match the

METHACTON 10, NORTH PENN 5 » Emily Varilla and Riley O’Donnell each had a pair of goals to lead the Knights in a losing effort on Saturday. Kaley Stressman added a goal, while Kerry O’Donnell and Jordan Baily added assists.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 5, WISSAHICKO­N 0 » Cole Fisher tossed a complete-game as the Hatters picked up the win on Saturday. He scattered four hits, striking out 13 and walking two. WOOD 15, HATBORO-HORSHAM 12 » The two teams used seven pitchers and combined for 21 hits and 27 runs in a slugfest on Saturday. Fisher hit a two-run home run in the first for Hatboro-Horsham, while Will Bruner and Trey Porter also hit home runs for HatboroHor­sham. Nick Katherine led the Hatters’ 10-hit attack with three hits and two runs scored. SOUDERTON 9, DOCK 1 » The Indians used three pitchers led by Liam O’Leary who allowed two hits in two shutout innings. Garrett Moyer added two shutout innings of his own, while Jack Wright closed it down with three innings, allowing one run while striking out three.
