Raiders RB Jacobs arrested on DUI suspicion after crash
Josh Jacobs, who had scored a crucial touchdown in the final seconds of the Raiders’ season- ending 3231 win over the Broncos, was taken to a hospital for minor injuries at around 4:40 a.m.
Las Vegas police said Jacobs was involved in an accident near the McCarran Airport Connector and East Sunset Road in Las Vegas. After he was checked out at a local hospital, Jacobs was transported to the Clark County Detention Center and booked for suspicion of DUI.
Jacobs’ attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal, “No complaint has been filed against our client and there are no blood tests results to support a suggestion of impairment. We intend to enter a not guilty plea on behalf of Mr. Jacobs if he is ever charged.”
