Four arrested on suspicion of failing to disperse

Vacaville police arrested four people in connection with refusing to disperse from a traffic stop Sunday evening.

The arrests came off a week of growing tension between members of the public and the Police Department. On Jan. 17, a group had vandalized the PD and City Hall.

On Wednesday, the Mobile Field Force was called in to disperse a crowd that had gotten out of hand in front of the department, although no arrests were made.
