Vacaville Rotary honors 22 students with scholarships
The Vacaville Rotary Club honored 22 local graduating seniors with $500-$3,000 in scholarships Thursday night to support their continuing education.
The presentations were made during an awards dinner at Sunrise Banquet Hall.
Awardees include:
• Hailey Gillett, Will C. Wood High: Leadership Scholarship, $2,500
• Hailey Wurzbach, Vacaville High: Jeannie Faller Scholarship, $1,500
• Alexandra Bulris, Vacaville High: McCune Family Scholarship, $1,000
• Laura Everett, Vacaville Christian: Interact Scholarship, $1,500
• Ethan Caro, Vacaville High: President's Scholarship, $3,000
• Aaron Kitzes, Will C. Wood: Conner Family ACE Scholarship, $1000
• Erika Gomez, Will C. Wood: Johnston Solano Community College Scholarship, $500
• Cameron Malone, Vacaville High: President's Scholarship, $3,000
• Diana Luu, Will C. Wood: Leadership Scholarship, $2,500
• Kelsey Hobbs, Vacaville High: DeVan Scholarship, $2,000
